Frequently asked questions
Can Chiostro get things wrong?
Yes, like any tool. That is why every answer carries its linked sources and every quotation is checked against the text before it reaches you. The final judgment remains yours.
Which sources does it answer from?
From official databases: Normattiva, the Constitutional Court, EUR-Lex, selected rulings of the Court of Cassation and the guidance issued by the authorities. The Coverage page says exactly what is included and what is not.
What happens to my clients' data?
Documents are stored in the European Union; to write the answer, the passages needed go to the providers of the artificial intelligence models (including in the United States) under contractual safeguards, never to train them. The privacy notice describes the controller, providers and transfers.
